The story of Yeh Hai Chahatein serial is between a famous doctor Preesha and a rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana. They fell in love with each other when they were growing up with their nephew after the death of his father. The boy has no one that has to love and every one after his wealth. Then Dr. Preesha saved him from all the challenges. In pretended like a couple in front of that kid they actually fell in love with each other and after that, they got married a twist came in the story when his mother came back and wanted his son back because of his wealth.
